Ciro Ferrara has kept his hand in coaching since his sacking by Juventus by spending time at Manchester United.

Speaking with Gazzetta dello Sport, Ferrara revealed he had spent time in England working at United with manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ferguson is a great admirer of Ferrara's and rates his tactical knowledge very highly.

Indeed, Ferrara has been linked with a place on Ferguson's backroom staff in the Italian press since his dismissal at Juve.
