Former Inter Milan striker Giampaolo Pazzini is delighted with his move to AC Milan.

Pazzini and his former Sampdoria strike partner Antonio Cassano are at the centre of a controversial swap deal.

"I am very happy," the 28-year-old stated upon his arrival at Milanello. "I knew all about it yesterday.

"Am I ready to take Filippo Inzaghi's place? We'll see."
