Released Inter Milan attacker Alvaro Recoba admits he could sign for River Plate.

"There is nothing concrete, I'm waiting, this week we will define the situation as my agent Paco Casal is in Europe to see if there is any possibilities," said Recoba.

"However, River would be a good opportunity because I know (coach) Diego Simeone and because it is important to feel good in the place where you play."
