New Celtic defender Kelvin Wilson says he wants to become settled with life at the Scottish giants as soon as possible.
The 25-year old former Nottingham Forest man officially joined the Glasgow club in July and is planning to become accustomed to life as a Hoops player during the pre-season tour to Australia.
Wilson knows there has been criticism towards him after he moved from England to Scotland but he is looking to put all that behind him and give his best for his new club.
"It will be staggering. Two of the three games are sold out already. That all comes with joining a massive club - and Celtic is that," he said.
"I'll have to get used to it - and quickly. This is a step up for me.
"People might argue the point, but you've got the pressure of having to win every game here and I want that.
"People who know football know why I've come to Celtic - it's a massive, massive club.
"I don't get defensive about what others might say because it's not people within the game who are saying these things.
"The stick about moving to the SPL wasn't too bad - not to my face anyway."
