James McFadden admits he would be open to the possibility of a move to Celtic.
The 29-year old forward has recently been training with Motherwell after his short-term spell with Everton finished at the end of last season.
The stint with the Toffees began in October, the same month McFadden came close to joining the Hoops, and this time he has revealed he would love to join the Scottish champions if they wanted him.
"It is something that would appeal to me but you'd need to ask someone at Celtic whether it's a possibility," he said.
"I don't want to go into what happened before - there was a wee bit of a mix-up.
"But if anybody comes to speak to me, I'll speak to them. I wouldn't rule anything out and I'm very hopeful of getting a club.
"I've had a couple of offers but nothing that's taken my fancy.
"I just have to be patient and see what happens."
