Chelsea legend Frank Lampard may be in line for a new job in management in the coming weeks.
The ex-England international has been without a permanent job since his Everton sacking last season.
Having coached the Toffees, Chelsea, and Derby County, Lampard is now seeking his next role.
Per Glasgow World, he is a serious candidate to take on the vacant post at Rangers.
The Scottish giants have sacked Michael Beale, who was previously assistant to Steven Gerrard at the club.
Given Gerrard won Rangers the title, they may consider giving another midfield legend the post.
