Former Chelsea boss Glenn Hoddle says Mateo Kovacic doesn't deserve a place in Chelsea's starting XI.
Hoddle insists two England youngsters warrant selection ahead of him.
He said, "I don't see why [Ruben] Loftus-Cheek is not playing as much because of [Mateo] Kovacic. I don't see what he does for Chelsea, Loftus-Cheek should be given a chance and Ross Barkley should be playing ahead of him as well.
"He's played 37 games this season and he hasn't scored a goal. I haven't seen him create anything either. This is a classic example of foreign players stopping English players coming through."
