Former Chelsea assistant coach Paul Clement is joining Frank Lampard at Everton.

Lampard is very close to being officially announced as the new Everton head coach.

According to The Telegraph, the ex-Chelsea coach has signed his deal with Everton, and an official announcement could come on Monday.

Clement is likely to be Lampard's number two, although that role had previously been held by Jody Morris at Derby County and Chelsea.

Lampard will take over from Rafa Benitez, with Everton in 16th position in the Premier League table.
