Former Arsenal defender Sol Campbell has urged Arsene Wenger to continue his signing spree after their swoop for Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez.
Campbell has called on Arsenal to now go for AS Monaco ace James Rodriguez.
"I have been very impressed with Sanchez, I am glad he's come to Arsenal. I was a bit worried Arsene Wenger and the club weren't going to pull it off but they did.
"He'll give the club a lift. He's fast, he's a proven goal-scorer at a huge club, he will help everyone up their game and take it to another level. I can't believe Arsenal have got him, I didn't think he would come."
Campbell believes that Arsenal should follow up the move with a swoop for Colombian World Cup sensation James Rodriguez .
"Sanchez is a great signing - but I would now go for James Rodriguez," he added.
