Former Ajax team manager David Endt insists Louis van Gaal's methods will prove successful at Manchester United.

Endt spent several years working with the United manager.

"Louis is very punctual and organized everything to perfection, leaving nothing to chance," he told BBC Sport.

"There was a great atmosphere created throughout the club.

"The day after the game, Louis was always first at the club where he shook the hands of everyone, and he said..'Well done we won again. Congratulations'.

"It seems a bit excessive, but it worked. Everyone felt responsible and everyone felt part of a winning team."
