Everton boss David Moyes is eyeing PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.
The People says PSV Eindhoven's highly-rated midfielder also is being tracked by Manchester United and Liverpool.
Everton would need to find around £10m for Strootman who can play in central midfield, as a holding midfield or as a deep lying playmaker.
