Everton are eyeing Talleres winger Ramon Sosa.
The Daily Express says Everton are readying a bid for the Paraguay international.
Sosa is also interesting Newcastle and Chelsea.
However, Everton hope to seal a deal worth around €20m before any rivals can act.
Toffees scouts have been watching Sosa this season.
