Rangers skipper Lee Wallace believes that Mark Warburton is well capable of managing in Premier League.
'Gert boss Warburton, who guided the Glasgow giants to the Scottish Championship title in his first season with the club, has been linked with the Roberto Martinez's job at Everton.
When asked if he thinks Warburton can manage in Premier League, Wallace said: "Yes, I definitely think so.
"I think he is destined for the very top. He is a top manager and a top human being.
"It's gone well this season and I just hope he stays for the foreseeable future – once he has had four or five years with us, winning the top flight and being successful at the top level, bringing European football back to Ibrox."
However, Wallace is hoping that Warburton sticks around the Scottish club for the foreseeable future.
He added: "Let's hope for the sake of the club he stays. We are really fortunate to have him.
"He's got a great style of play, his team has an identity.
"Clubs of the very highest level will come calling."
