Everton new signing Beto is being assessed by his teammates shortly after his arrival at the club.

Youngster Lewis Dobbin spoke about Beto's first training session as an Everton player.

The 25-year-old has signed a four-year deal from Udinese to bolster the club's attacking options.

Asked about the new signing, Dobbin told reporters: "Beto had his first session today, and he looked in good shape. A pretty obvious strength is his physical presence - he's a bit of a monster compared to me!

"He'll definitely bring a different strength to our team that we can work off, and he's another aerial threat that adds to our team.

“He's looking very sharp and in great shape, so hopefully we can get him involved soon."
