Everton striker Conor McAleny was pleased to make his debut for loan club Scunthorpe United on the weekend.

McAleny played his first game for Scunthorpe in their stalemate with Notts County. The forward only joined the Iron earlier this week but only had a yellow card to show for his substitute appearance at Glanford Park.

He tweeted: "Nice to make my Scunny debut today. Thought we should/could have sneaked it towards the end. Crowd were great as well."
