Everton are seemingly being frustrated in their efforts to sign Aston Villa striker Danny Ings.

The Toffees are very keen to add a center forward to manager Frank Lampard's squad this month.

With Everton struggling near the relegation zone, firepower is needed to keep them up.

Per the Daily Mail, a move for Villa outcast Ings is not going as Everton had expected.

Villa will only accept a permanent deal, while Everton are keener on a loan.

There are also other teams, including West Brom, Southampton, and Bournemouth, who want to sign Ings.
