Everton boss David Moyes is moving for Barnsley fullback John Stones.
The Mirror says Everton look to beat Chelsea and Manchester City with big money bid to sign 18-year-old Barnsley defender.
Moyes sent coach Jimmy Lumsden to check out the 18-year-old defender in midweek as he looks to land a rising star for that position - with some cash to invest.
