Everton not concerned as Lukaku switches agent

Everton boss Roberto Martinez has downplayed speculation that Romelu Lukaku's decision to switch agents is an indication that his future at the club is uncertain.

The Belgian has left long-term agent Christophe Henrotay and switched to Mino Raiola, whose list of clients includes Liverpool forward Mario Balotelli, as well as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba.

Henrotay boasts a strong relationship with the Merseyside club's management given he also represents Kevin Mirallas and youngster David Henen but Martinez insists it is not a problem that Raiola has taken over.

"He has changed his agent, yes, but we are not concerned, no," said Martinez.

"Rom is entitled to do that. Everyone speaks about the colourful character that Mino Raiola is, but he has a lot of players who are happy to stay at one club."
