Caen striker Youssef El-Arabi is interesting Everton and Newcastle United.
The 24-year-old, who is on the radar of both Everton and Newcastle, has announced he will quit the Ligue Une strugglers in the summer, setting his sights on a switch to either England or a club in Spain.
El-Arabi, who is under contract until 2013, told L'Equipe: "I have made my decision and I will leave. I have told the leaders of club my intention, but they know I'm going to keep giving everything until the end season.
"There are lots of clubs interested in me, but I have not decided where I want to go yet. I'm attracted to leagues in Spain and England."
