Dele Alli says he's determined to fight-back at Everton.

The midfielder admits he's struggled with injury since returning at the end of last season from his loan with Besiktas.

In a post on his Instagram account, Alli wrote that there has been a "setback with the injury".

But he added that he is "making sure I come stronger than ever" alongside several pictures of himself in the gym.

Alli spent time at a rehab facility in the US earlier this year due to an addiction to sleeping pills.
