Everton manager Sean Dyche is set to earn a huge bonus if his team avoids relegation.
Dyche was parachuted in by the club to replace Frank Lampard and help avoid them going down to the Championship.
The ex-Burnley boss did win his first game in charge against Arsenal at the weekend.
Per the Daily Mail, if Dyche is successful, he will earn a minimum £3.5million payment as part of his bonus package.
The ultimate bonus will depend on whether they avoid relegation and the specific position where they finish in the Premier League.
Everton are in 18th place, one point behind West Ham United who are in 17th.
