Everton boss Roberto Martinez could rip the heart out of Wigan Athletic's squad this summer.
The Daily Star says Martinez is keen to sign his former Latics striker Arouna Kone.
Martinez is also poised to take midfielders Callum McManaman and James McCarthy, both 22, plus forward Shaun Maloney and free agent centre-back Antolin Alcaraz, both 30, from the DW Stadium in a bid to boost Everton's chances of qualifying for the Champions League.
