FIFA have given Everton's Marouane Fellaini permission to face Wolves at the weekend following a complaint by the Belgian Football Association. Fellaini had been a doubt after the Belgian FA attempted to invoke FIFA's five-day rule.
An appeal was lodged with Fifa to prevent Fellaini from being available to play Wolves, but Everton have confirmed the former Standard Liege ace will be in David Moyes' squad at the weekend.
"The Belgian FA did lodge an appeal with Fifa asking them to implement the five-day ruling," Everton's head of PR Ian Ross told the club's official website.
"However, Fifa have contacted the club this morning to say that we have no case to answer and that we did comply fully with all necessary legislation.
"We are delighted with the news as Marouane will be available for selection on Saturday."
