Everton defender Conor Coady admits Finch Farm isn't a positive place to be around currently.

The Blues currently sit in 18th position on the Premier League table.

“Right now, we don't come to practice laughing and joking," said Coady.

"This is not so, because we do not like the position in which we are. I will be completely honest with you. We discussed among ourselves, with the staff, what we need to do in the future.

"We're totally focused on what we need to fix to get out of this."
