Everton captain Phil Neville admits he has managerial ambitions.
He does not expect it to be easy, despite playing almost 600 games for Manchester United and Everton, and winning 59 caps for England.
Neville said: "Just because you've had a great career doesn't mean you will be a great manager. The advice I have been given is to start at the very bottom and learn everything you can, and see where that takes you.
"I've been fortunate to work with some unbelievable managers and gained some great football experience myself. The challenge is to get across everything you've learned to your team. Hopefully that is the challenge for the next 30 years."
