BILD reports Everton and Brentford are watching the 20-year-old.

The striker has registered four goals in five Bundesliga matches so far this season.

Beier's form has not only caught the attention of potential suitors, new German national team coach Julian Nagelsmann is also watching on with eyes on a first senior call-up.

The player's release clause is believed to be €20m.
