Everton boss David Moyes was proud of his players after victory at Swansea City.

Afterwards he praised his players for the way they had acquitted themselves in the match.

"It is fantastic," he beamed. "I have seen some really good sides come here and struggle to win, from my point of view it was thoroughly deserved.

"And the players played really well today.

"I thought Phil Jagielka was terrific today, he showed why he is an England centre-half and should go to the Euros - because he can do a bit of everything."
