Everton striker Anton Forrester is on his way to Blackburn as Michael Appleton starts making big changes at Ewood Park.
David Moyes is allowing the forward, 18, to leave Goodison Park for the chance of first team football at Rovers, says the Daily Mail.
Blackburn are desperate for a crack at the play-offs and Appleton is convinced that Forrester can make a difference up front for Rovers.
Forrester, who was born on Merseyside and has come through the Everton academy, has been at Goodison since he was nine.
Appleton has been tracking him since his spell as Portsmouth manager, but they did not have the money to sign him.
