Everton boss David Moyes feels fans would be happy to swap stability for silverware in the mould of Chelsea.
Chelsea are on their NINTH manager since Moyes took over at Goodison in 2001.
The Scot admits Everton fans - who are potless since 1995 - would swap that consistency for some silverware.
But he maintains the Merseysiders could never consider adopting the same hire and fire approach as Roman Abramovich.
Moyes said: "I think the fans would like to see that - but it can't be done because you couldn't afford to keep paying managers off!
"Everton supporters realise we have a different model."
