Everton boss Roberto Martinez is moving for FC Twente midfielder Leroy Fer.
The Daily Mail says the 23-year-old saw an £8m move fall through in January but his representatives understand Martinez will consider a fresh bid.
He has been capped twice for Holland and has scored 14 times since joined Twente from Feyenoord in 2011.
