Everton boss Martinez hints at Bosman plans for McGeady and Ince

Everton boss Roberto Martinez is lining up two Bosmans for next season.

Martinez has confirmed they're in talks with Spartak Moscow winger Aiden McGeady and the Mirror says he's also interested in Blackpool midfielder Thomas Ince.

"We are very close to a deal with Aiden for the summer, that is true. You know I like him as a player," explained Martinez, who tried to sign McGeady when he was Wigan boss. "But as things stand now I don't think we will be able to do anything for January because there are too many difficulties. Many things can happen in the window, but right now it would be difficult."

On Ince, he added: "I like Tom. As a young, English talent he's a phenomenal footballer.

"But it would be unfair of me to talk about him because he's got a very important second half of the season with Blackpool and it would be unfair to bring speculation to him.

"A young, English footballer of that calibre would interest a lot of teams, but it's not for me to mention."
