Blackpool defender Ian Evatt says manager Ian Holloway faces a dilemma in the transfer market.
With the Premier League season less than three weeks away, Holloway is still to complete his first signing but Evatt says he faces a "unique" problem.
The centre-half explained to the Blackpool Gazette: "It's difficult for the manager to bring in players at the top level who will fit in with the spirit we have here.
"We do everything together and fight for each other. We saw that the other day when Charlie (Adam) was getting a bit of a kicking (against Accrington Stanley) - we all stand together. I've seen players come and go but they have all been genuine, down to earth boys.
"We need new players who will fit in."
