Steven Davis cannot wait for Northern Ireland's monumental meeting with Germany at Euro2016.
The Southampton midfielder was part of the Norn Iron side that defeated Ukraine 2-0 in Lyon on Thursday and is well aware that they now need a positive result against the reigning world champions in Paris on Tuesday if they want to sneak through to the knockout stages of the competition.
Davis said: "We know the Germany game is going to be extremely difficult but what's not to look forward to?
"We're going to Paris, playing in front of a full house and our fans will be there in massive numbers and in high spirits again.
"Playing against the World champions – it's great isn't it."
Gareth McAuley and Niall McGinn scored second-half goals as Michael O'Neill's men, in their first major tournament since the 1984 World Cup, overcame Ukraine to move to their position in Group C.
