Espanyol and Valencia are chasing Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu.
The Daily Mail says Romeu, 21, left Barcelona for Stamford Bridge 18 months ago but has struggled to command a regular place.
His agent Magico Diaz is understood to have held talks with Valencia at the weekend but they could be edged out by Espanyol. PSV Eindhoven are also interested.
