Notts County chief Sven Goran Eriksson admits he rejected the Sweden job to stay at Meadow Lane.

Eriksson revealed he snubbed Sweden as he could not balance it with his role at Notts County.

He said: "I was offered the job and I said no thank you. They wanted me to do two jobs. I would have felt bad being in Sweden when I should have been in Nottingham."
