The Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) are set to pay tribute to Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard.
The Daily Mail reports that the pair of midfield veterans will be honoured with special merit awards by the PFA after years of service to English football.
Liverpool captain Gerrard and Manchester City's Lampard, who made a name for himself at Chelsea, will receive the tributes at the PFA's annual awards ceremony this weekend.
34-year old Gerrard and 36-year old Lampard, who both made over 100 appearances for the England national team, will leave the Premier League this summer to join MLS clubs LA Galaxy and New York City FC respectively.
