Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla suggests the English Premier League is more fun in that it provides a more open title race than in Spain.
The 28-year old arrived in north London from Malaga in 2012 after spending his entire career in his homeland with Villarreal, Recreativo and Los Boquerones and says that playing in England's top flight is more exciting because the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid do not have a monopoly on the championship.
"Yes, it's more open. The Spanish league is bipolar, England is more fun," he said.
"That does not mean that the league is nicer to play in, it's not that it's better or worse, it's something different.
"It's going well for me at the moment, I'm learning new things and that makes you grow."
