England boss Fabio Capello says Florentino Perez is the man to rescue Real Madrid.
The former Real coach told Marca: "He is the chairman the club deserves.
"He is the only one who can put Real at the top of world football."
Capello also had praise for Real captain Raul.
"There are three symbols in football - (Alessandro) Del Piero, (Paolo) Maldini and Raul," said the Italian.
