Exor chief John Elkann is planning major changes at Juventus.
Exor are the parent company of Juve.
Il Corriere dello Sport says Elkann wants to bring Beppe Marotta back from Inter Milan to become new general manager.
Former Juve captain Alessandro del Piero will be offered a front office role, while Marotta will also be asked to name a new director of football. Ciro Ferrero is also being lined up for a position.
Elkann also plans to move for Tottenham manager Antonio Conte, who is said to be eager to "go home" and return to Juve.
