Werder Bremen sporting director Thomas Elchin accepts Kevin de Bruyne will be returning to Chelsea in the summer.
De Bruyne's form at Werder has attracted the interest of Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg.
"Last year, nobody was talking about him and now they all want him. It means that Werder Bremen has done a tremendous job with him," said Eichin to Sport1.
