Lille star Eden Hazard has revealed both Inter Milan and AC Milan tried for him last summer. Hazard and Lille face Inter tonight in the Champions League.

"Inter made me an interesting offer in the summer," the Belgian attacking midfielder told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

"However, there was still some uncertainty regarding the choice of Coach and we didn't know whether Wesley Sneijder and Samuel Eto'o were going to stay," he added.

"But it's not just Inter as Milan have shown an interest as well. They proposed that I stay at Lille and then sit down for serious talks at the end of the season.

"I feel ready to join a major club and I won't be staying in France..."
