Younès Belhanda is unsettled at Dynamo Kiev.

The Morocco international only moved to Dynamo in the summer from Montpellier, but has failed to settle in Ukraine.

Arsenal and Tottenham, long time suitors of Belhanda, are being linked with a fresh move for the midfield schemer.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has said of Belhanda in the past: "I know Younes well and like him a lot.

"But I don't want to cause problems. Only Montpellier can decide where he goes."
