Everton did not have enough pairs of socks for training after new manager Sean Dyche was hired.
The Toffees have been called the worst run club in the country by pundit Jamie Carragher.
The latest news may show that he has a point, as it is stated the club had to run to a local Sports Direct to buy socks on manager Dyche's orders.
Per the Daily Mail, Dyche ensured that everyone wore shin pads during training sessions.
That meant the club needed to supply each player with longer socks, which were not on hand.
Thankfully, the club's kit man made the dash to a local store and purchased the necessary items.
