Drogba in doubt as Chelsea prepare for Arsenal

Chelsea veteran Didier Drogba has a fitness worry ahead of next weekend's clash with Arsenal.

The 37-year old striker sustained an ankle injury in Saturday's 1-0 win over Manchester United and will be monitored closely ahead of Sunday's short trip to the Emirates Stadium.

If Drogba is out, Blues boss Jose Mourinho could very well be without a recognized striker as Diego Costa remains sidelined with a hamstring injury and Loic Remy is battling a calf problem.

Drogba has led the attacking line in the past two Premier League outings but may be touch and go for the potentially vital meeting with Arsenal.

Chelsea remain are 10 points clear of the Gunners at the top of the table with six matches remaining.
