Didier Drogba was happy to see so many Chelsea youngsters experience a Champions League victory this week.
Jeffrey Bruma, Patrick van Aanholt, Josh McEachran and Gael Kakuta were all starters against Zilina, in among the experienced figures of Branislav Ivanovic, Florent Malouda and Drogba, who continues to captain the side in the absence of John Terry and Frank Lampard.
"It's positive, they need to play more to get more confidence, and that's why it was good to see them today," said the Ivorian afterwards. "There is a lot of respect between us."
