Borussia Dortmund will not place any unneeded pressure on the shoulders of young Australia Mustafa Amini.
The 19-year old signed a four-year deal with the German champions last summer but spent the season on loan with former club Central Coast Mariners to continue his development.
Amini will now join Dortmund on a permanent basis with some seeing him as a potential replacement for the departed Shinji Kagawa - who joined Manchester United - but the clubs sporting director Michael Zorc feels that comparison is unnecessary.
"Putting such a burden on a young player's shoulders does nothing for them," Zorc told Reviersport.
"We will give the necessary amount of time to Amini, and show the patience you must have with young players."
