Tottenham Hotspur youngster Marcus Edwards has joined Excelsior on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder will now get an opportunity at senior level with the Eredivisie side.
Edwards, under contract until 2020, spent three months with Norwich City last season.
He has represented England at U16, U17, U18, U19 and U20 levels.
