Juventus have triggered the permanent option in the loan deal of Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli.
Locatelli is in the second season of his loan with Juve.
Romeo Agresti is reporting Juventus have decided to make Locatelli's stay at the club permanent before his obligation to buy clause activates, paying €25m to Sassuolo over three instalments, with add-ons linked to sporting objectives worth €12.5m.
The Italian midfielder is now tied to the Bianconeri until June 2026, earning around €3m net per season.
