Juventus have a deal in place for Palermo striker Paulo Dybala.
After over a month of intense negotiations, Juve and Palermo have settled terms.
Transfer expert Gianluca di Marzio reports Juve have had a bid accepted by Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini this week.
Juve will pay an initial €28 million, plus a further €8 million in bonuses, and include two young players in the exchange.
Key to negotiations was Dybala, who was also wanted by the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City, but insisted he wanted to remain in Italy.
