League Two Exeter have signed Crystal Palace youngster Luke Croll on loan until January.

"It is a much-needed signing in a problematic area that has arose for us in the last three or four weeks," City boss Paul Tisdale told the club's official website.

"He is a left-sided defender, predominantly a centre-back. We have discussed him, and others, over the past week or two and he fitted the bill in many ways."
